Love this place The last time I stayed in oceana was down the street where there was a bar next to the motel. slept with a gun in my hand the whole night. This place is awesome!! Nice clean little rooms large kitchen to cook in, friendly staff felt like I was at home can't say enough about this place it's the only place in Wyoming county so I would even consider staying. Can't say enough about this place they even have security there. Awesome place you got to stay here
Mrs. Jima is an amazing host and person. We felt like we were with a long lost family member. We enjoyed our stay so much! She made a hard weekend burying a family member easier and enjoyable as possible. Not to mention, the food she prepared was amazing. Our kids were her priority. Cant say enough about this diamond in the rough!

Jima and her B&B was a Godsend for our mission group! On very short notice she provided affordable accommodations and breakfast for two days and nights for a group of 12! The home was lovely, very comfortable and easy access to our mission site. The grounds out back are lovely, right on the stream with blooms at every turn and 3 bench swings as well as a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Jima was a joy and went out of her way to meet our every need. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks again Jima! Blessings!
We stayed here while on a business trip. The owner was so nice and wonderful to talk to. Nice, clean room. Beautiful scenery around the area. Definitely recommend!
Never going to have to stay in Beckley to visit Oceana again. This place is great. The owner is a gem. Very clean. She is very accommodating. Very personable. I enjoyed chatting with her. She's very flexible with your arrival and departures. Im so glad I finally tried it out. No more driving from Beckley to visit everyone.
Jima is a gem. She accommodated our family for a funeral. She had a lovely space for us to socialize, beautiful outdoor space, and the best breakfast you’ll ever eat. Anytime I am back in this area, I will always stay here.
Great place to stay. The owner was very accomodating. Newly renovated with great places to hang out with friends in the back with fire pit and grill. Has a stream that runs through the back. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Such a wonderful place! We needed a place to stay to attend a regional school event and found this place online. We decided to try it out and was not disappointed. It is clean and decorated so nicely! The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions and is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, eggs, and muffins. My very picky 10 year even ate! We would definitely stay here again!
