She's just an amazing woman. She's loving and caring. And the place is home away from home. I'm definitely visiting the place again when I'm around the location. Really enjoyed my stay there.....the hospitality is good

Very nice place to stay. She was the best. Stayed for a week with a small crew of guys for work, and she was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for us. She had dinner for all the guys each evening when we got back. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Will stay here next time in the area. Clean rooms, smells fresh ie. does not smell like they are trying to cover up a bad smell, very secure, plenty of parking. Staff are very nice. They also serve free dinner often. Very good food! It’s as good or better than anything else in the area.

I visited the bed & breakfast with my parents & I cannot explain how pleasantly surprised we were when we checked in. The warm welcome we received was so amazing to say the least. She had the best pot of beans and cornbread ready for all to eat. The sitting area was so perfect for enjoying time with the family like your in your own home. We were asked what time we would be ready for breakfast and she had such a wonderful home cooked meal all ready for us. There is a porch on the back that you can sit on and listen to the river it’s so tranquil ! just can’t say enough about this bed&breakfast ! Please stop in and see for urself !!

This was the BEST Bed and Breakfast I've ever stayed in in my life! Rooms are spotless, service was Top notch and the price for the night was cheaper than anywhere else. I felt welcome and will be coming back to stay again very soon. If any work crews are in the area or if you just need to get away, get down here and spend the night at Oceana Bed and Breakfast!

Took a buddy with me here to visit a friend and this place was the perfect spot to sleep and relax. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. There's a Roku in the rooms and wifi

Never felt more at home at any place that isn't my own, Jima was amazing, helped guide us and cared about us on a familial level. Definitely would stay again and again.

Love this place The last time I stayed in oceana was down the street where there was a bar next to the motel. slept with a gun in my hand the whole night. This place is awesome!! Nice clean little rooms large kitchen to cook in, friendly staff felt like I was at home can't say enough about this place it's the only place in Wyoming county so I would even consider staying. Can't say enough about this place they even have security there. Awesome place you got to stay here

Mrs. Jima is an amazing host and person. We felt like we were with a long lost family member. We enjoyed our stay so much! She made a hard weekend burying a family member easier and enjoyable as possible. Not to mention, the food she prepared was amazing. Our kids were her priority. Cant say enough about this diamond in the rough!

Jima and her B&B was a Godsend for our mission group! On very short notice she provided affordable accommodations and breakfast for two days and nights for a group of 12! The home was lovely, very comfortable and easy access to our mission site. The grounds out back are lovely, right on the stream with blooms at every turn and 3 bench swings as well as a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Jima was a joy and went out of her way to meet our every need. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks again Jima! Blessings!

Never going to have to stay in Beckley to visit Oceana again. This place is great. The owner is a gem. Very clean. She is very accommodating. Very personable. I enjoyed chatting with her. She's very flexible with your arrival and departures. Im so glad I finally tried it out. No more driving from Beckley to visit everyone.

Jima is a gem. She accommodated our family for a funeral. She had a lovely space for us to socialize, beautiful outdoor space, and the best breakfast you’ll ever eat. Anytime I am back in this area, I will always stay here.

Great place to stay. The owner was very accomodating. Newly renovated with great places to hang out with friends in the back with fire pit and grill. Has a stream that runs through the back. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Such a wonderful place! We needed a place to stay to attend a regional school event and found this place online. We decided to try it out and was not disappointed. It is clean and decorated so nicely! The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions and is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, eggs, and muffins. My very picky 10 year even ate! We would definitely stay here again!
